From the beginning of the loan process and being aware of the new technology of e-signing, we explained to Jordan about our very poor internet service. He could not have been more accommodating. He went above & beyond and even did more for us than our bank with whom we have done business for over 30 years. The number 1 thing, and the most important to us, that impressed us about Jordan was that he called us when he said he was going to call & he was quick to return our calls to him. That is a rare quality in business today. Most business people say they are going to call, and we don't hear anything until we initiate another call. He did everything he could to make sure that things went smoothly. And he arranged a conference call to our credit so that we could get a payoff amount that would hold for several days. Someone came to our house for the closing, but Jordan remained available in case we had any questions. We would have to say that Jordan knows the meaning of customer service, and we have to admit we experienced it from beginning to the end of our loan process.
